CLEANING SCHEMATIC OF SWORD-TYPE BRUSH ASSEMBLY
The seamless integration of high-speed rotary-air-jet technology and blade-brush cleaning ensures reliable removal of substantial dust generated during CNC machining, as well as residual dust trapped in wood grain pores after sanding solid wood. This combined cleaning system is primarily used for large-area dust removal and for eliminating fine particulate matter remaining on workpiece surfaces following sanding, thereby meeting the cleanliness requirements prior to painting, film lamination, printing, and label application.
1. Linear brush with a slightly damp nozzle The sprayer is aligned with the brush filaments in the direction of the linear brush’s movement. Apply a thin film of cleaning and antistatic solution to the tip.
2. Product Surface Cleaning Methods The linear brush wipes in the direction of travel, capturing particles with its slightly damp bristles and safely conveying them from the product surface to the extraction system.
3. Self-cleaning brush belt The high-speed reverse-rotating scraper flings the dust adhering to the brush, which is then blown away by compressed air and conveyed into the dust collection inlet.
4. Rotary Cyclone Jet Device A high-speed rotating nozzle, coupled with solenoid valve control technology, generates a swirling high-pressure air jet that blows dust out of workpiece holes and recesses, while a cyclonic dust-collection duct captures the suspended dust.
LUFTTECHNIK UND WISCHTECHNIK EFFEKTIV KOMBINIEREN
Non-contact rotary cyclonic air-jet technology is perfectly combined with blade-brush cleaning. The lifted dust is captured and conveyed through the cyclone channel, while the blade brush removes even finer particulates, directing them precisely to the suction inlet for efficient workpiece cleaning. The specialized cyclonic nozzle further reduces compressed-air consumption.
