FLEXIBLE PRESSURE BUFFER FUNCTION

A pneumatic cushioning device has been incorporated into the brush that contacts the workpiece surface. During operation, the airbag is inflated to maintain a consistent level of elasticity, ensuring optimal contact between the brush and the workpiece. Even if the workpiece thickness varies slightly or exhibits surface irregularities, the airbag pressure promptly compensates for these thickness variations, maintaining full contact between the brush and the workpiece surface. This prevents any missed areas during brushing and achieves superior cleaning performance.

A more professional brush-cleaning mechanism is employed: the brush tips are lightly moistened, allowing fine dust particles to adhere to the bristles and be drawn into the suction inlet. Subsequently, a high-speed reverse scraper removes the dust from the brush, which is then blown away by a compressed-air nozzle and conveyed into the vacuum duct.

1. Linear Brush with Micro-Mist Nozzle
The sprayer applies a thin film of cleaning and anti-static fluid to the tips of the brush bristles, following the direction of the linear brush's movement.

2. Product Surface Cleaning Method
Linear brushes wipe along the direction of transport, capturing particles within their slightly dampened bristles and safely conveying them from the product surface to the suction system.

3. Self-Cleaning Brush Belt
A high-speed counter-rotating scraper wheel vigorously dislodges dust adhering to the brush bristles; this dust is then blown away by compressed air and directed into the dust collection inlet.

SWORD BRUSH TECHNOLOGY USED CONTINUOUSLYIN THE PRODUCTION LINE

The brush moves laterally across the production line, directing surface dust from the workpieces toward the dust-collection port. During the cleaning process, particulate dust adheres to the bristles. In the self-cleaning unit, this adhered dust is removed by a high-speed rotating reverse scraper and compressed air, ensuring that clean bristles come into contact with the workpiece surface and thoroughly remove any remaining particulate dust. Static electricity is generated during production; Jingmai employs a liquid-spraying device to apply an antistatic solution to the brush tips, maintaining a slightly damp condition. This effectively eliminates surface static and fine particulate dust.
