SURFACE CLEANING TECHNOLOGY
The combination of integrated solenoid-valve-controlled air technology and sword-brush cleaning technology ensures more thorough removal of dust from workpiece surfaces and blind holes after drilling. A pulsed solenoid valve directs high-pressure gas through a specialized nozzle, creating a high-velocity, high-pressure blast that dislodges dust from blind holes, intricate features, and other areas inaccessible to conventional brush cleaning. The lifted dust is then captured by a cyclonic dust-collection system, while any remaining fine residual dust is effectively removed by the sword-brush cleaning technique. This combined approach is particularly suited for dust generated in localized areas such as surface drilling and slotting operations, and multiple sensor probes enable even more precise dust extraction.

Throughout the entire production line, brush cleaning combined with electromagnetic air-jet technology effectively removes fully detached debris and fine dust from workpiece surfaces, contour features, and blind holes.
1. Linear brush with a slightly damp nozzle The sprayer is aligned with the brush filaments in the direction of the linear brush’s movement. Apply a thin film of cleaning and antistatic solution to the tip.
2. Product Surface Cleaning Methods The linear brush wipes in the direction of travel, capturing particles with its slightly damp bristles and safely conveying them from the product surface to the extraction system.
3. Self-cleaning brush belt The high-speed reverse-rotating scraper flings the dust adhering to the brush, which is then blown away by compressed air and conveyed into the dust collection inlet.
4. Electromagnetic Jet Dust Removal Device The solenoid valve controls a powerful high-pressure gas stream that pulses to blow dust out of workpiece holes and recesses, while the cyclonic dust-collection duct captures the lifted dust.
LUFTTECHNIK UND WISCHTECHNIK EFFEKTV KOMBINIEREN
The non-contact electromagnetic air-jet technology is perfectly integrated with blade-brush cleaning: airborne dust is drawn away through a tornado-shaped duct, while the blade brush removes even finer particulates and directs them precisely to the vacuum inlet, ensuring thorough cleaning of the workpiece.
